Century 21 Mann-Pellicer, Inc. has always been different.  From the beginning, not following the model of most residential real estate offices, to the stability of its ownership and its insistence on full and complete service to the customer or client.

We are a charter member of Century 21® since 1976; the year Century 21® impacted in Jacksonville, Florida.  The enticement of the Century 21® system was the ability to associate with a "household" name in real estate but also with a national and international presence; not just a local one.  The move also enabled us to provide our customers with the best service available, thanks to the training, service and tools the Century 21® system put at our disposal.

Now, here's where the difference begins.  Instead of filling our office with 30 or 40 real estate agents and basing our financial success on volume, we chose to approach it in a different manner.  We wanted to remain small, manageable, and most important, responsive; responsive to our customers and client's needs, a 'boutique" real estate office if you will.  Our model is not new.  In fact, it was the rule when we began our business in the 70's.  The ability to maintain this feel along with Century 21®'s advanced tools, technology, and training, was the perfect fit for us.  And you know what?  After 33 years, it still feels good!

The owners of the company are Charlie Mann and Don Pellicer, friends since childhood.  Their personal real estate interests are varied and far reaching.  They include rezoning, land planning, commercial leasing and sales, development and property management, along with interfacing with the city and state agencies that oversee these types of issues.  The broad real estate enterprise allows us to find that proper home (or sell that home), aid and facilitate the newcomer in any commercial real estate need, find a proper rental if they are not ready to buy, or refer them if they are moving from Jacksonville to any part of the world at no cost or obligation to the customer.
